In order to use First Command Bank’s MobileCommand, you will need to sign up for the service. Visit our web site and follow the instructions to sign up. After you have accessed our standard internet site, you will be able to use either the standard internet site or First Command Bank’s MobileCommand.
You can access First Command Bank’s MobileCommand using the same user id and password that you use on the full site version of First Command Bank’s OnCommand. Please note that the full site version of First Command Bank’s OnCommand includes some functions not available in First Command Bank’s MobileCommand. To access these functions, you may select the Change Site View option to access the full site.

We will automatically select the version of First Command Bank’s MobileCommand that works best with your phone. If you would prefer to visit our standard internet site to access additional functionality such as adding/editing a payee, select the Change Site View option from the log in page and select the Standard Internet Site option. The Rich Mobile Site works best for most smart phones. The Standard Mobile Site works for any phone and may be preferred if you have a slow connection.
The Account Summary page includes key information about your accounts at First Command Bank. Simply select the account nickname to view more information.
To view accounts that you have set up at other institutions through MoneyHQ, please log in to the full site version of First Command Bank’s OnCommand.
Recent account activity is displayed on the selected account. Additional history may be available by logging in to the full site version of First Command Bank’s OnCommand. If additional details are available on your account, you may select the Account Details link to view this information.
You can view additional information about your accounts on the Account Details page.
Select the Return button to return to Account Activity.
If you have accounts eligible for transfers, you may select the account you wish to transfer from and the destination account. Input the amount of the transfer and the date you wish the transfer to occur.
The earliest possible date for a transfer to/from your account at another institution will be pre-displayed for your convenience.
To edit or delete a Transfer that has not yet been processed, select the Edit link. You may enter your changes and select the Submit button or Delete the transfer.
Review the transfer you have entered and select Submit to process.
You may view your Scheduled and Processed transactions by selecting the appropriate tab. Select the Edit link to change or delete Scheduled transactions.
To make a payment, you must first add a payee using the full version of First Command Bank’s OnCommand. You may select the payee by clicking on it or by searching for it. To search for a payee, enter a portion of the payee nickname and select Go. Then select the payee name. Choose the account from which to make the payment and enter the amount and date.
To edit or delete a payment that has not yet been processed, select the Edit link. You may enter your changes and select the Submit button or Delete the payment.
Review the payment you have entered and select Submit to process.
