First Command Bank Platinum Visa and Classic Visa cards incorporate multiple layers of security to provide you with an extraordinary level of protection when you shop at retail points of sale, by phone, and online.

To help protect your Visa account against fraudulent activity, Visa encourages you to activate your card for online payment transactions. The “Verified by Visa” service is designed to:

  • Improve the security of online payment transactions
  • Increase cardholder and merchant confidence in Internet purchases
  • Reduce disputes and fraudulent activity related to Visa payment cards

 

How to activate with “Verified by Visa”

You may follow this link to activate your Visa card, or activate your card during an online transaction. In either case, you’ll simply verify your identity and create a personal password associated with your card.

On future purchases at participating online stores, your “Verified by Visa” password will be required at checkout, enhancing the security of your online transaction.
